Our Dynamic Management Team

THE WAY Christian School is privileged to have a large, multi - faceted team who are well qualified to present education of a very high standard to our learners.

The asset of our collaboration with Highway Church

Most importantly: we have support for our staff and learners in developing and sustaining the Christian ethos of our school.

Coupled with this, the Directors of our school include experts from the business, legal and engineering worlds. This means that we have easily accessible advisors and decision makers from a wide spectrum of fields.

Working in conjunction with Highway Church also gives us access to further expert support from its members, other churches and people, locally and internationally which Highway church has close relationships.

Educators

With God’s help, we have been able to handpick our school's educators to ensure that they are specialists in the subjects that they present to our learners.

They are all SACE (South African Council for Educators) registered and qualified in the phases in which they teach. Our staff is multiracial to ensure that the learners have role models that they can look up to from their own race group.

The High School educators are all specialists in their fields. Our staff are of all ages which ensures that we have the energy of youth as well as the wisdom of age and experience in the classroom. This has been demonstrated by the several academic awards the school and its learners and educators have received in many fields, such as scientific innovation, mathematics literacy, and economic and management sciences.

The Way Christian School was established in January, 1998 with only 40 learners meeting for its first Assembly. Today, our core values and Mission Statement remain the same, but many things have changed since those early days. Classes have been kept small in order to create an environment in which learners are able to develop as individuals within the given structures and parameters. Our staff has however, grown considerably since those early years and close on 300 learners now form part of our school family.
